「 Position Summary」

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Mixing Equipment to drive sales growth in the U.S. market. This role can be remote, full-time or part-time. You will develop new business, maintain client relationships, and promote our full line of industrial mixers and agitators.


You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, conducting technical product presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with our marketing and engineering teams to achieve revenue goals.

「 Key Responsibilities 」

•    Generate and qualify new sales leads; build and maintain strong customer relationships
•    Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate technical value propositions
•    Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
•    Collaborate with marketing to design and execute strategic sales plans
•    Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports; analyze data to refine strategies
•    Monitor industry trends and identify emerging business opportunities

「 Qualifications 」

Required:

•    Proven experience in sales or engineering related to mixers, agitators, mechanical seals, or pressure-vessel equipment
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

•    Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of mixing technologies; ability to deliver impactful product presentations
•    Sales Skills: Proficient in lead generation, client management, negotiation, and deal closing

•    Analytical Thinking: Ability to prepare data-driven sales reports and refine strategies accordingly
•    Collaboration: Effective teamwork with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams
