MixUniX has extensive expertise in the biopharmaceutical mixing industry and can offer solutions for scale-up and process optimization (mixing performance).
Our achievements in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients enable us to distinguish between the theoretical and practical aspects of mixing technology, ensuring successful operation in real manufacturing environments. Proper mixing is critical for both homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions, whether achieving the desired conversion rates or selectivity.
The chemical process industry covers a wide range of applications, including traditional bulk chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, as well as fine chemicals, new materials, and coal chemical processes. The mixing equipment involved in these processes is diverse, ranging from simple blending processes to core reactors. We have always been dedicated to the development of fundamental mixing technologies and equipment. Based on the principles of mixing, we develop appropriate mixing technologies tailored to different process requirements. Our solutions have achieved outstanding performance in various chemical processes.
We are one of the earliest companies in China to engage in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) mixing equipment. We have conducted extensive research on the desulfurization process, leading to the development of highly optimized mixer, reliable specialized seals, and efficient gas distribution types. Numerous industrial applications have proven the effectiveness and reliability of our designs.
The new energy industry has developed recently, in contrast to traditional fossil energy, including sectors like photovoltaics, wind power, biomass energy, biogas, and battery energy. For this sector, we have developed a series of specialized mixers, including side-entry and inclined-entry models, greatly meeting the demands of the processes.
The food and beverage industry has high requirements for mixing equipment, often needing to meet sanitary standards to avoid contamination. Our mixing equipment fully considers the demands of the food and beverage sector, using food-grade lubricants and employing sanitary designs in the structural layout, effectively meeting these needs. The production and use of dairy products, beverages, and other products have received unanimous recognition from our clients.
Hydrometallurgical extraction involves using leaching agents to dissolve valuable metal components or components to be extracted from ores, concentrates, calcines, and other materials into a solution or precipitate them as new solid phases. The mixing equipment typically needs to be corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant. In some leaching processes, oxygen must also be introduced. We have developed mixing equipment suitable for heat transfer, mass transfer, and reactions in gas-liquid-solid three-phase systems for the leaching process.
MixUniX has long been dedicated to industrial fluid mixing technologies. Leveraging extensive expertise in solid suspension, slurry dynamics, vacuum crystallization, and other demanding process conditions, the company has built a strong technical foundation across complex applications.
In addition to its six core industries—biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, environmental protection, new energy, food & beverage, and metallurgy & mining—MixUniX' customized mixing solutions are widely deployed in a variety of specialized industrial scenarios and niche process requirements, delivering efficient, reliable, and cost-effective mixing system support to clients.
