The mixing equipment typically needs to be corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant. In some leaching processes, oxygen must also be introduced. We have developed mixing equipment suitable for heat transfer, mass transfer, and reactions in gas-liquid-solid three-phase systems for the leaching process.

The HDY half-pipe and BTD parabolic disc turbines are radial-flow impellers with concave-arc and parabolic blades, respectively.
They provide strong radial discharge and dispersion. At the same power input, their mass-transfer coefficient is more than 30% higher than that of a flat-blade disc turbine, while gas-holding capacity is improved by more than 40%.
Their low power-consumption ratio makes them suitable for oxygen-transfer duties in fermentation and for gas dispersion, absorption, mixing, mass transfer, and related processes.
