Hydrometallurgical extraction involves using leaching agents to dissolve valuable metal components or components to be extracted from ores, concentrates, calcines, and other materials into a solution or precipitate them as new solid phases. The mixing equipment typically needs to be corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant. In some leaching processes, oxygen must also be introduced. We have developed mixing equipment suitable for heat transfer, mass transfer, and reactions in gas-liquid-solid three-phase systems for the leaching process.
